Ovela Health is based in Brisbane, but work with clients internationally (excluding the USA and Canda). All consultations are charged in AUD.
If you are an international client, you can book online in your local time zone.

All consultations are currently offered online via secure video call. This allows for flexible, accessible care wherever you are.

Your first consultation (up to 60 minutes) is a deep dive into your health history, symptoms, and goals. From there, Gemma will create a personalised treatment plan. Most treatment plans include targeted supplements or herbal medicine in addition to dietary strategies, testing, and lifestyle support.

This depends on your health concern, but most clients benefit from at least 4 appointments. Follow-up sessions are typically spaced every 2–6 weeks.
For more complex or chronic conditions, longer-term support may be recommended. -

Functional or pathology testing is sometimes suggested to give us deeper insight into what’s going on, but it’s not always necessary. I’ll only recommend tests if they’re likely to meaningfully guide your treatment.

Your personalised prescription will be sent to a New Zealand-based supplier for local dispensing. Once your prescription is ready, you can order online and have your products delivered straight to your door within a few days.
